Hill Top Form & Finish was founded in Kelowna in 2021 by Chris Mcquarrie. Chris has been working in the industry for 20 years mastering the art of forming and finishing decorative concrete. Whether Chris is forming a foundation or finishing a stamped concrete patio, his goal is to create aesthetically pleasing and long-lasting projects that will last you many years.
